Mr. Pandoff has extensive experience in the global metals and mining industry. Prior to joining Lumina, he was a senior executive at Glencore plc for nearly 10 years, where he led Group Business Development activities and global investments for one of the world’s largest natural resource companies. In 2023, he led the sale of the Cobar copper mine in New South Wales, Australia to Metals Acquisition Corp. for US$1.2 billion. He also served as a Director and Chairman of BaseCore Metals, which was sold to Sandstorm Gold for US$525 million in 2022, and led the formation of the MARA copper project joint venture in Argentina with Newmont Corporation and Yamana Gold in 2020. Mr. Pandoff began his career at BMO Capital Markets and holds a Bachelor of Commerce from the University of British Columbia.
